I found The H11 can make an excellent coffee IF you empty the contents of two coffee pods into the "double ground coffee holder" rather than than usingle two single pods but one at a time. You really ought to offer a double pod holder as standard too.

I was looking for a coffee machine for work. one that has a stream wand.
Most of the machine with steam wand are expensive around 800NIS (~230$). But this one is 440NIS (120$).
I ordered it and it came in two weeks. The coffee from the machine is good and the steam wand works slow but produce a good creamy milk same as in a coffee shop (you can do latte art with it).
I was pleased - I got a good value for my money.
However, after around two months, something broke in the machine. When trying to brew coffee, the water went out of the steam wans and not from the coffee spot.
I wrote to the customer service, they asked me to perform several tests as well as taking some videos, After nothing was working they sent me a new machine.
This shows Hibrew are serios about their brand.
