This is an updated review of the equipment. It has numerous adjustable features that could potentially make it a high-quality, professional coffee maker. While the double-shot grind setting wasn’t initially calibrated, it was very easy to adjust. Customer service has been excellent, offering plenty of support.

The pressure gauge is very useful, and the extraction process delivers a rich aroma comparable to what I get with my commercial equipment. The steam wand pressure is also good, and the touchscreen is responsive. There are many features on this machine that I haven’t yet had the chance to explore.

One suggestion would be to create more tutorial videos to make it easier to use all the features. There are currently two tutorials on YouTube, but more would be helpful.

5 stars goes to customer service first. I had some issues hardware and software but customer service helped me really fast. The quality of the coffee machine is awesome. I think this is the best seller of coffee machines! well done hibrew!

The customer service is really responsive and postage is really fast. I will use the equipment shortley and will update my review regarding the equipment. However it is really reasonable price for the specification it offer. I feel is it going to be outstanding. the material they used for the equipment is really solid. comes with basket and grinder cleaner. tamper and all accessories.

High quality machine for a good price and it comes with the necessary tools, the extraction is creamy, the steamer is ok, still need time to learn how to get good steamed milk with it. Overall, the machine is reliable and easy to work with.
